This F&M Off-Campus Study (OCS) portal is used by students to
Log in to start and complete OCS Requirements
- Click LOGIN in the menu bar above and log in with your F&M net ID and password
- If already logged in, click "Applicant Home"
Winter 2027:
- Students must complete Steps 1 & 2 prior to meeting with an OCS Advisor for optional drop-in advising September 15-November 13*
- F&M has a set list of CIEE January Programs that fit well into our Winter Break schedule. These are the only Winter programs F&M students can participate in.
- *CIEE's January Programs program application deadline is November 1 ! So while students can meet with an OCS Advisor after November 1, the CIEE application date would have passed.
Summer 2027:
- Students must complete Steps 1 & 2 prior to meeting with an OCS Advisor for optional drop-in advising September 15-November 13.
- Students can participate on one of the F&M approved partner programs or an experience they find on their own. Note that many summer programs have deadlines as early as December, but usually no later than February, so make sure to pay attention to the program application and deadlines!
- Students can earn transfer credit through class, conduct research, or an internship.
Fall 2027:
- Students must complete Steps 1 & 2 prior to meeting with an OCS Advisor for required 30 minute advising.
- Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA and sophomore or junior standing at time of application. See the OCS Eligibility webpage for more information.
- Advising takes place September 15 - November 13.
